Very strong 1.3mm thick 3.6 lengths of extruded aluminium ensures no distortion when fitting and a straight line to the bottom of the cladding.
50 year durability exceeds NZBC of 15 years.
61mm upstand ensures easy fitting to the bottom plate providing ample support to the bottom of the cladding 50mm below the bottom plate.
Suits all claddings.
Drain and vermin holes.
17mm flat vertical surface allows glueing or screwing and very straight line to the bottom of the cladding.
A 20mm batten sits flush with the vertical face of the cavity starter.
Aluminium grade T5 6060 well in excess of NZBC requirements.
Powder coated black to create a shadow line essential where the starter can be viewed as in multi-storey buildings.
